Blogger's Night @ Francis Ferent

Thursday evening a bunch of bloggers and I were invited at the Francis Ferent store (Avenue Louise 60) for a special Blogger's Night. As you may know (or not) it was the first fashion event where I was invited. I started blogging only three months ago, so I was a little surprised when I saw the invitation in my in-box.

So there I went at 7pm to Francis Ferent. I was nicely welcomed by the people of Bureau Löffler and was offered to take a look at the store. That's where I met Valérie (from Valimero-fashion-addict) who is a really nice person. I was pleased to see that there are also very simple persons in the fashion blogging industry.

here some pieces I loved

Givenchy
 Tory Burch (I think)
Burberry
Marc Jacobs

We took a look at the magnificent clothes and accessories in the store and met a lot of great people.

Then around 8 o'clock the buyers from Francis Ferent gave us an explanation on how they choose their pieces and there was a fashion show.

Handsome Luc:

I don't know if anyone noticed (I did), but the collection buyers' boots where awesome!

Then, we bloggers could participate and dress the models or ourselves.
So, I decides to dress Valérie and she dressed me.
Here's the result:
Before

me

After
Top, short & blazer: Vanessa Bruno
Sandals: Tory Burch
Bag: Marc by Marc Jacobs

Shirt: Marc by Marc Jacobs
(I want this one so badly!!!)
  Trousers and bag: Prada
Shoes: Miu Miu

I really had an excellent night. I met great people, fell in love with magnificent clothes, shoes and accessories and was surrounded by people who share my passion for fashion.
I hope you enjoy the pictures.

Goodbye Galliano

I think everyone knows it by now: John Galliano has been fired!
The British designer has been filmed while telling a woman: "I love Hitler. People like you would be dead...". Obviously, Galliano was drunk, but this is no excuse for what he did/said.
He was at the same Paris bar where he verbally attacked two people last week - which led to him being arrested and suspended by fashion label Christian Dior. But after The Sun putted a video online where you can see/hear Galliano insulting people, Dior decided to fire him...

Jake Rosenberg

It's been a while that I've been watching his work and I thought it was high time I wrote an article about him.
Most of you know him from his famous collaboration with The Coveteur and with famous magazines as Vogue and Elle. But Rosenberg is not only synonym for fashion pictures. If you take a look at his website you'll discover wonderful paysage pictures.

So if you don't know this amazing photographer I suggest you take a look at his website and of course at the Coveteur website!

But here's a sneak peek of my favourite pictures just for you :).
